I love this set of lamps! But the shade is ...well very old and needs some help. I will be working on this today and will post the results later so be sure to check back!!
OK so I got it done. It turned out to Victorian looking so I'm going to redo it!! I will add the new picture when I'm finished!!

Hi I just hopped over from Sheila's blog saw your comment and liked your blog name. The lamp is a keeper, good job. I like the rest of your things as well. Thanks for the tour.
I am so happy you stopped by my place. I want to welcome you to Roses in Winter, hope we see each other often.
Great lamp. I know you will get it right! One day I did about 14 lampshades. Since I am "the trim lady", it was easier for me. Still I filled two laundry baskets full of trims that I thought would work. It is a trial and error process. Amazingly enough, on one set all I used was a plain gimp. Can't wait to see the finished shade. Nancy
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I do know that God has a reason for the things we go through.. We may never know that reason, but have to trust God for what ever purpose there was for it happening. The contractors have started tearing down all the damage so it is realy a mess now. lol.. But we know it is going to be so much better soon.
What a pretty lamp. Love the vanity !
